Delivery and return

DELIVERY AND EXCHANGE/REFUND:
1. DELIVERY
1.1 Our packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije.

1.2 Delivery takes 1-3 working days.

1.3 Delivery costs are EUR 2.90. For purchases over 25 EUR, delivery is FREE.


2. REFUND
If the product does not suit you, you can send it back (recommended, no redemption fee). Attach the invoice to the shipment or The REFUND form on which you wrote your TRR (if you want a refund).

If you want to make an exchange, to the account or form, write the name of the new item and the size. Items and sizes are available for exchange on our website. If you choose something more expensive, you only pay the difference in price. If you choose something cheaper, we'll refund you the difference back to TRR.

Send by registered mail to the address: Gibon d. o. o., Plemljeva 8, 1210 Ljubljana-Šentvid.

If you do not have a confirmation of the sent shipment, the company is not obliged to make a replacement or refund the purchase price.

We return the money within 14 days to your TRR, which you write to our account or form.


2.2 Exchange Policy
You return the goods at your own expense. The company does not accept ransom packages.
